Hi Everyone,

August is here, and as we head towards the end of summer, we are seeing a slow down in the real estate market. Housing demand fell 9.6 percent in June, compared with June 2017. As a result, the number of people requesting home tours fell 6.1 percent. In addition, the supply of homes for sale increased very slightly nationally in June, according to the National Association of Realtors. Below is a look at the number of homes for sale in our local market. You'll notice that many cities are seeing a decrease in the number of listings since last week, and many an increase in the number of listings at this time last year.
